What We Do

About Us

Bella Angels, Inc. is located in Apex, North Carolina and is a group of individuals

that work together to provide help to local families in need in various ways.

You can read more about our different programs below.

Our Gift Program

The gift program is intended to be a one-time magical holiday experience for a family who has had a difficult year, for various reasons, medical issues, losing a job, a death in the family, financial hardships, etc. These families are adopted by families through Bella Angels, Inc. and gifts and stockings are provided from their submitted wish list. These families then come to a pick up event in December to collect their items all wrapped and ready to go for Christmas morning. It is meant to alleviate the stress of the season entirely from their shoulders. These families apply starting in October. To apply or nominate for the gift program, please fill out the form on the Holiday Gift Form page.

Our Free Store

The annual Christmas thrift store is a collection of gently used items such as toys, books, clothes, bikes, electronics, housewares etc. that invited families can shop at for free for their children for Christmas. These families apply in late November, early December, when most other programs are full and parents who find themselves needing help are looking for another option. Those spots can be applied for by clicking on the Holiday Store Form.

Helping to Home

Through this program we work with some smaller local agencies to help fill in the gaps for their clients in areas of housing, utilities and emergency needs. Learn more here.

Everyone Needs to Read

This program is run by a young man who wanted to share his love of reading. He collects gently used and new books and delivers them to local shelters, programs, preschools in need.

The Library Builder

This program is part of Everyone Needs to Read and provides individual children or adults with a personalized bag of gently used books delivered to their door to add to their personal library.
