If you or someone you know is struggling this holiday season and could use some help with holiday shopping, please fill out the application form and we will contact you with additional questions to see if you qualify.

 

This form is to apply for a scheduled shopping spot at our ONE DAY FREE holiday thrift store of gently used items in APEX.

Space is limited. Due to too many no-shows, we will not be able to offer tickets to applicants more than 45 minutes from Apex.

Please note: If you are receiving help from any other organization for Christmas gifts then you are not eligible for this program.

Requirements:

​

• You must be able to attend the store on the date below. The location is a church in Apex, NC  that allows us to use their facilities. The address will be given to those who qualify. You will also be given a time window for your shopping and you will have a friendly volunteer to help you shop!

• You must share some reasons about why this help would be beneficial to your family this year.
   

• You must be over 18 to apply.
   

• You must show ID that matches the name in your application.

• Children are not allowed at the event so you must have childcare.
   

• You must include at least one photo of your family.
